The buyback service and educational talks are free. Tournament-style events with trophies or prizes may incur costs, which we discuss with you up front.

How long is the event?

Buyback events run as all-day events. A two-hour window isn't enough to give every member proper time with a consultant.

Are members required to sell anything?

No. Members can attend for guidance, education, and gold valuation only. There is no obligation to sell.

What items can members bring?

Scrap gold, gold bullion, scrap silver, silver bullion, and collectibles & heirlooms (assessed case-by-case).

Who manages the event?

Bullion House fully manages the buyback and talks - planning support, materials, on-the-day delivery, and follow-up. For wider club events such as tournaments, we support but don't run the whole day.

What does the club need to provide?

The venue, a suitable date, and help introducing the opportunity to members.

Can this support fundraising?

In some cases, yes. Sponsorship or fundraising opportunities can be discussed during the planning call.

Can this work for smaller clubs?
